Position Description Summary:

The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University, is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have an interest in all areas of reconstruction including breast reconstruction, and must have a strong background and demonstrated interest in basic science or clinical research. Applicants must be board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery and trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Applicants must have demonstrated excellence in teaching as evidenced by teaching evaluations, in research as evidenced by scholarly publications or works in progress, and excellence in clinical care as evidenced by experience, fellowships and references. Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia

Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
