Position Description Summary:

The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent, non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking a neurologist to make contributions to the Department of Neurology’s multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology program. Responsibilities include providing patient care; teaching students and residents in classroom and clinical settings; and developing an active research program in collaboration with clinical and basic research investigators. This non-tenure track faculty appointment will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant Professor) and salary commensurate with experience

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing excellent care including teaching residents, medical students and engage in scholarly activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have an MD degree or equivalent; Board certification or eligibility in Neurology at the time of appointment; and eligibility for licensure in the District of Columbia. Applicants must provide evidence of excellence in clinical care and interest in development of translational research.
