Position Description Summary:

The George Washington Medical Faculty Associates, an independent, non-for-profit clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking applicants to fill several openings for full-time academic appointments in a growing Department of Dermatology in the heart of the nation’s capital.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include teaching medical students and residents in a variety of clinical and didactic settings, developing an area of specialization in dermatology, and engaging in clinical and/or translational research. These non-tenure track appointments will be made at rank (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have an M.D. degree (or equivalent), be Board-eligible or Board-certified in Dermatology at the time of appointment, and be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
